You understand that by using the Joblinx Site or Site Services (which generally means submitting your personal information to our website or to our applications for the purpose of applying for vacancies of possible employers and/or of freelance oportunities, and by clicking accept when prompted on the Site, you agree to be bound by all agreements which constitute Joblinx’s Terms of Service, and you agree that the “Terms of Service” means every agreement linked herein and includes the Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, this User Agreement. You should read all of our terms carefully because you are promising not to break any agreements in the Terms of Service.

If you don’t understand this Agreement or you don’t agree to all of its terms and conditions, you may not use our Services. If you do not understand or agree to this Agreement, do not click to accept this Agreement, “Sign Up”, “Create My Account”, or similar, and do not visit Joblinx.com, use our mobile applications, or otherwise use our Services. If you are using our Services on behalf of a business or legal entity, you may only do so if you have authority to agree to the Terms of Service on behalf of that business or legal entity.

Terms of use

This document explains the rules that keep our Site running. We call these rules our Terms of Use. They apply to Joblinx and all the websites and apps we own or run. (And by we, we mean Joblinx, Inc. and our affiliates, which we may also refer to as us.)

This includes but is not limited to online platforms, cyber security providers, software providers, etc.

Using our services doesn’t mean you can use any of our trademarks or other intellectual property, like copyrights and patents. We keep all of our rights to our intellectual property, even though we let you use our services.

You’re responsible for how you use our site and any information you submit and provide us. If someone makes a claim against us because of any information you submitted or provided to us, you agree to compensate us for our legal fees and expenses.

When you provide us information on (or through) our site you agree that you’re completely responsible for that information and we’re not. You also agree to only provide us information that:

You can’t interfere with our technology or tamper with our site or services. That means you can’t:

• 1. bypass any security features we’ve put in place to restrict how you use the site;
• 2. interfere with or compromise our systems, server security, or transmissions;
• 3. use a robot, spider, scraper, or similar mechanisms on our site without written permission;
• 4. copy, distribute, or otherwise use any information you found on Joblinx, if whether directly or through third parties (like search engines), without our consent (no scraping allowed);
• 5. collect or use identifiable information, including account names)
• 6. overwhelm the site with an unreasonable or large amount of information
• 7. introduce any malware or any other code or viruses that could harm us, our customers, or our services
• 8. access our services through any technology other than our interface
• 9. frame or link to the services without our written permission
• 10. use our services to build a similar service, identify or poach our users or publish any performance or benchmark analysis relating to the site
• 11. reverse engineer, decipher, modify, or take source code from our site that is not open source without our written permission.
• 12. upload numerous Curriculum Vitae (CV) unnecessarily to our platform.

If you break any of these rules, we can suspend your account and stop you from using Joblinx. If you see someone else breaking these rules, please let us know.

Pricing and packages

Joblinx offers three different pricing of monthly payments for its Services: 1. Basic, 2. Advanced and 3. Premium.

The Basic package contains the following services:

• • The capability to access Joblinx Services through digital platforms designed for mobile and desktop use.
• • A Visual Job Search Tracking System.
• • AI-Tailored Job Matches: The term "AI-Tailored" encompasses any utilization of AI technology involving user-provided data aimed at identifying potential employers or clients for the user.
• • Personalized and Customized Cover Letters for each employer.
• • Unlimited Resume uploads.
• • Effortless Job Auto-Applications, limited to 20 per day: "Effortless Job Auto-Applications" encompasses any form of communication conducted by Joblinx to potential employers or clients on behalf of the user, utilizing user-provided data.
• • Securing Employment Opportunities with the Joblinx Contact Search System: This term implies the possibility of the user being hired or contracted by employers or clients.

The Advanced package contains the following services:

• • The capability to access Joblinx Services through digital platforms designed for mobile and desktop use.
• • A Visual Job Search Tracking System.
• • AI-Tailored Job Matches: The term "AI-Tailored" encompasses any utilization of AI technology involving user-provided data aimed at identifying potential employers or clients for the user.
• • Personalized and Customized Cover Letters for each employer.
• • Unlimited Resume uploads.
• • Effortless Job Auto-Applications, limited to 50 per day: "Effortless Job Auto-Applications" encompasses any form of communication conducted by Joblinx to potential employers or clients on behalf of the user, utilizing user-provided data.
• • Securing Employment Opportunities with the Joblinx Contact Search System: This term implies the possibility of the user being hired or contracted by employers or clients.
• • Personal AI Career Assistant: "Personal AI career assistant" refers to any application of AI technology designed to enhance the user's professional development through the utilization of provided data.

The Premium package contains the following services:

• • The capability to access Joblinx Services through digital platforms designed for mobile and desktop use.
• • A Visual Job Search Tracking System.
• • AI-Tailored Job Matches: The term "AI-Tailored" encompasses any utilization of AI technology involving user-provided data aimed at identifying potential employers or clients for the user.
• • Personalized and Customized Cover Letters for each employer.
• • Unlimited Resume uploads.
• • Effortless Job Auto-Applications, limited to 1000 per day: "Effortless Job Auto-Applications" encompasses any form of communication conducted by Joblinx to potential employers or clients on behalf of the user, utilizing user-provided data.
• • Securing Employment Opportunities with the Joblinx Contact Search System: This term implies the possibility of the user being hired or contracted by employers or clients.
• • Personal AI Career Assistant: "Personal AI career assistant" refers to any application of AI technology designed to enhance the user's professional development through the utilization of provided data.
• • Career Guidance: "Career guide" encompasses all efforts made by Joblinx to provide personalized guidance to the user, thereby increasing their prospects of securing remunerative work, including formal employment, freelance opportunities, or equivalent arrangements.

We offer a free trial to new users who register with the Site. Users can elect to purchase a package at the end of the free trial.

The free trial includes:

• • he capability to access Joblinx Services through digital platforms designed for mobile and desktop use.
• • A Visual Job Search Tracking System.
• • AI-Tailored Job Matches: The term "AI-Tailored" encompasses any utilization of AI technology involving user-provided data aimed at identifying potential employers or clients for the user.

• • Effortless Job Auto-Applications, limited to 10 per month: "Effortless Job Auto-Applications" encompasses any form of communication conducted by Joblinx to potential employers or clients on behalf of the user, utilizing user-provided data.
• • Securing Employment Opportunities with the Joblinx Contact Search System: This term implies the possibility of the user being hired or contracted by employers or clients.

Payments

You may be required to procure or remit a fee to access certain of our services. By utilizing the Site, you consent to furnish current, comprehensive, and accurate information concerning purchases and account details. You further commit to promptly update your account and payment particulars, which encompass email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, to facilitate the processing of your transactions and to ensure effective communication with you. We employ an online billing system for invoicing purchases conducted via the Site. The price of acquisitions may be augmented with sales tax and VAT, as stipulated by our requirements. We retain the prerogative to modify pricing structures and payment methodologies on our Site. You agree to fulfill all charges or fees at the prevailing prices for your acquisitions and grant us authorization to bill your designated payment provider for such sums at the time of purchase. In cases involving recurring charges, you provide your consent for us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without necessitating prior individual approval for each recurring transaction, until you communicate your cancellation to us. We retain the right to rectify any errors or inaccuracies in pricing, even subsequent to the initiation of payment processes. Furthermore, we maintain the right to reject any orders placed via the Site.

Payment for Joblinx Packages shall become effective on the calendar day of package purchase, and these payments shall renew on a monthly basis thereafter. Failure to comply with this requirement may and will result in Joblinx's decision to cancel the provision of its services.

Refund Policy

At Joblinx, we value your satisfaction with our services. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase made on our platform, you may request a refund by contacting us at info@joblinx.ai Please read the following policy to understand the refund process.

• 1. To initiate a refund request, send an email to info@joblinx.ai indicating your desire to obtain a refund.

• 1. Joblinx will begin reviewing your refund request within 1-2 weeks from the date of your request.

Refund Processing Timeline:

• 1. Once your refund request is approved, Joblinx will process the refund within a two-week period in accordance with SWIFT International Bank Transfers rules.

Method of Refund:

• 1. Joblinx reserves the right to select the method of refund based on the billing, bank, and payment information provided by the user during the initial purchase.

Contractual Term:

• 1. By utilizing our services and making a purchase on the Joblinx platform, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.

Third-Party Services

In order to offer our Services, we may utilize third-party platforms and services, including but not limited to job listing sites like Glassdoor.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that your information may be shared with these third-party platforms and services in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies.

We do not control, and are not responsible for, the practices of such third-party platforms and services. It is your responsibility to review the terms and privacy policies of these third parties. We are not liable for the failure of any third-party service provider to fulfill its contractual obligations, due diligence and lawful practice.

No Guaranteed Results

While we endeavor to provide quality service by providing efficient means of obtaining a job, we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes or results. The job market is competitive and unpredictable, and many factors can influence hiring decisions.

We cannot and do not guarantee that you will receive job offers or interviews as a result of our Services.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate and current information to us. Any false or misleading information may affect the quality of our Services and your prospects of securing a job.

If we create accounts on third-party platforms on your behalf, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details and for any activities that occur under your account.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution Clause

For the interpretation and fulfillment of this contract, the parties submit to the jurisdiction and competence of the State Courts of Deloware, renouncing any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them due to their present or future addresses. The governing law for both the procedural and substantive matter of the present contract is the Law of Deloware and the Federal Laws of the United States of America when applicable.

The Company's total liability to you in relation to the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the fees you have paid to the Company in the 7 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
